Dispatch within 48 hours

Usually we will dispatch within 48 hours. In rare cases we might take extra time to process some orders, we will contact our customers immediately if we are unable to process their order within 72 working hours.

Dispatch Location

We have our warehouses in China. Dispatch origin may vary depends on products availability in each warehouse and shipping costs from different locations.

Lead Time

We give lead-time estimation to each of product we sell. Customers can check “Availability” and “Out Of Stock Status” to obtain further information. We will e-mail our customers immediately with an updated lead time if the items they order are out of stock or can take a longer to ship.

Generally speaking, we can deliver products to customers in different regions within the timeline listed below:

Our preferred carriers are China Post Office, DHL,UPS and FEDEX.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to any orders that is more than US$50. Customers whose order value is lower than this limit may bear extra cost for shipping.
